Terms of use.

Plain-language starter terms. These are a draft and will be reviewed by a lawyer.

   Using the site

   You must be 18 or older and give accurate details. One account per person. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

2. 02

   Listings

   Sellers must own what they list, describe it honestly, and not list prohibited items. We may remove any listing.

3. 03

   Bids are binding

   A bid is a promise to buy at that price if you win. Sellers commit to sell to the winner if the reserve (if any) is met.

4. 04

   Payment and delivery

   chinese.bid is not a party to the sale. Buyer and seller arrange payment, shipping, duties and returns between themselves. We are not responsible for items, payments or delivery.

5. 05

   Liability

   The site is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for losses arising from dealings between users.
