Buyer safety first.
chinese.bid does not handle payments, so a few habits keep you safe.

Pay with protection
Use a payment method that lets you dispute a charge — for example PayPal Goods & Services or a credit card. Avoid wire transfers, crypto, gift cards, or “friends and family” payments to people you don’t know.

Check the seller
Look for the ✓ Verified badge, the seller’s ratings and how long they have been a member. Ask for extra photos or a short video before paying for valuable items.

Know the total cost
Agree on shipping cost, tracking and insurance in writing before you pay. Import duties and taxes in your country are the buyer’s responsibility.

Antiques and export rules
Some antiques, ivory, certain woods and cultural relics cannot legally leave China or enter your country. If in doubt, don’t bid.

Something wrong?
Use “Report this listing” on any lot. Admins review every report and can remove listings and suspend accounts.
